Q: My antivirus shows this as malware, why?
A: The mod messes with another process on your computer (Pixel Gun 3D) and antivirus programs don’t like that. If you don’t trust it you can check out the source code and compile it yourself.
Q: How do I open the menu?
A: Press “Right Shift” while in game.
Q: I’m experiencing some crashes, what should I do?
A: Try limiting your fps at 144.
Q: Can I get banned for using this?
A: There is no automated bans but if you use certain modules or mod your account too much you will be manually banned. There is always a chance to be banned when modding so don’t use on your main account.
Q: How do I get unbanned?
A: Make a new steam account.
Q: My game crashes when injecting.
A: Currently this can happen. Try tabbing back into pg3d very fast after opening the injector. If this does not work you can try using an older version until the issue is fixed: https://github.com/stanuwu/PixelGunCheatInternal/releases/tag/v2.5.3
Q: I am getting an error about Visual C++ Runtime or MSVC…..dll
A: Visual C++ Runtime is not installed out outdated:
- go to programs and software
- uninstall all
visual c++ redistributable - restart pc
- download and install https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
- restart pc
Q: My game crashes when entering a match?
A: Try turning off “Extra Patches” for the infinite ammo module, its currently broken.
- Installing
- Create a new folder
- Add an exception for this folder to your antivirus
- Download the injector exe from 📁download
- Place the injector in the folder
- Start the game
- Run the Injector
- Press “Right Shift” in game to open the menu
- Delete the dll file created in your folder
